Am neither American nor live in the US, but found interesting your remark that your "military is more interested in making sure we use everyone’s proper pronouns and pushing the transgender and DEI agenda" as someone (I think British) put it very well when he said, "As I’ve said many times, the Russians, Chinese and Middle East insurgent groups are not worried. When the invasion comes, they’ll be over the Mississippi before the US Military has finished doing its hair and make up and double checked everyone’s pronouns."

James o keefe literally has a video that shows a Democrat telling him that they don’t want Harris as VP but are stuck with her.

I just say that.

As much as I hate the Democrats' embrace of gender ideology, I find the Republicans' willingness to let women die rather than terminate life-threatening pregnancies even more abhorrent. So I will continue to vote for whichever Democratic candidate is running.

I’m not aware of anyone willing to let women die rather than terminate life threatening pregnancies. I was involved in a medical procedure which was need to save my wife’s life. The developing baby was in her tube, which had been cut YEARS ago to prevent pregnancy. To not remove the baby would have killed her and the baby. The baby would not have survived on its own outside her. So share a story where a doctor or hospital said nope even though you are both going to die, we are not removing that baby. I would also ask you do you support abortions being used as a form of birth control? Are you okay with a baby being aborted after 7,8 or 9 months in the womb? What about partial birth abortion? These are actions that are even more abhorrent.

He's got you there, bro. Too many doctors afraid of going to jail if they try to save a woman's life or her future fertility.

More than anything, I appreciate the dialogue even if we disagree about the subject.

I only changed the subject AFTER providing you with my real life experience. I would agree the republican party as a whole needs to add compassion and common sense into their position on abortion. My wife's situation was similar to the one in the last link you provided. I feel like if the mother's life is in danger then something should be done, with the mother's life being primary inorder of saving. I only asked the questions I did because I need to understand if you see that side of the matter. Another real life example is I am aware of military families (in the late 80's) going to the hospital on base to find out the sex of their baby. If they didn't want a girl, let's say, then they went downtown and aborted it and tried again. I hear you on your objection to what the republicans push. I'm asking you do you hear me on what I have really experienced and are you okay with that.

Like I said right above this, too many docs are afraid of going to jail if they try to save a woman's life or her future fertility. Maybe if repubs made it clearer that doctors won't face jail time for procedures that don't prioritize fetuses that can't survive outside the womb, but let the woman carrying them live?

Totally okay with that, and with the belief the Republican party could use more compassion on the issue.

I believe this matter will play a huge roll in this election. My plan is to write a piece about how republicans need to change their message concerning this issue.

Young women as a group hate Republicans because they see them as the party who'll force them to have rapists' babies and who'll take away their birth control the moment they can push it through the court system.

You assume that the Democrats are going to nominate Biden and Harris. I'm not sure that's a valid assumption, because they may just decide to have Biden do his LBJ imitation and announce he won't be running after all.

Then their very controlled convention delegates will pick two other people to run. That right there will be a good enough reason not to vote for them; just don't be surprised if the Dems try a bait-and-switch.

“Of course, this assumes the DNC doesn’t put some other Democrat up as their candidate during their convention this summer in Chicago. Hopefully, the DNC sees what we see and understands the need to get rid of Harris, by getting rid of President Biden as their nominee.” I said this in the post.
