I’m from Minneapolis and a former gang member I didn’t dislike because of their skin color but because of their flag color we’re not killing each other over skin color we’re indoctrinated to hate each other over street loyalty and opportunity

I agree this is a story that needs to be told and hopefully in this space. The issue is what prompted my exodus from the "left." Decades ago, I was on a gender equity program for a local school district. I recall another member, a wealthy woman, cackling about the success of overturning a uniform policy at another school district. The district implemented it to try and stop kids from killing each other over this issue. I saw the children had no value in her eyes, just the usefulness they served.

I believe the reason is if you focus on what you can control black Americans will get far and it destroys their narrative that white supremacy is holding us back

I think it was the influence of Neo-Marxism and later the Critical Theorists which fuses Post Modernist with Marxism. You can understand the appeal but the reality they deliver is always different.
A couple of years ago the Smithsonian Magazine ran an article about the Tulsa Riots. In one or two paragraphs the writer described how business owners went to Teddy Roosevelt voicing concern about OK becoming a state and who would run the state. Those who would be running the state were hailed by the Nation Magazine for their progressive stance. Months later the massacre happened. I later went to find the article online. I could not find those paragraphs in the article.
The Frankfurt School adapted Marx’s theories on revolution to include Freud’s theory of the subconscious. The Cultural Marxists’ main focus was to reshape the subconscious of Western men and women and thus create new type of person: one who would react passively to provocations of all kinds.
Cultural Marxists encourage abortion, birth control, divorce, homosexuality, “carrier women,” drugs, miscegenation, the destruction of the traditional family, and unrestricted immigration of racial foreigners into white countries. This is a reflection of what the Cultural Marxists preach: white reproduction is evil, and that which prevents white reproduction is good.
It's so much easier fighting phantoms that have already been won than tackling the elephant in the room education, or lack of education. What we are doing to our kids is a crime.
Any improvement has to start with strengthening the family. How does anyone expect to succeed if they can't, as a bare minimum, read, write and do basic math? Mom and Dad have to make sure that happens.
Don't get me wrong, I agree with everything that you said. Since I've been doing battle with teachers dumbing down curriculum and passing kids so that it doesn't reflect badly on the school.
I read a great biography on Congresswoman Barbara Jordan. Apparently, she was a thorn in the side of the CBC because she did not follow their orders when voting. She voted for what was best for her Texas constituents. Before voting to impeach Nixon, she not only read the Constitution, but she also read state constitutions. She was very much in the spirit of the founding fathers. I have read other bios of early civil leaders. One thing they had in common was a strong intact family. A strong family is the way to wealth in spirit and economics.

It begs the question why. The decline of the black family is destroying the very fabric of our society.
