Maybe my favorite piece I’ve read on Substack thus far! Well done!

Definitely also the most fun piece with many superb lines such as about mockery being important, advice to keep going being the much needed new intellectual guerillas, looking for positive effects. Then what I took to be a call to support/maintain the community building up. Finally, the soul/spirit care part.

It is definitely an art that not everyone can do; I sure can’t. But I have so much appreciation for it. I have been a conservative my whole life and our messaging is awful. But this is one of the arts where I think the conservative/libertarian flourish. Because let’s face it, the left can’t meme.

Not to be all gay but, I 🫶🏼 this and you summed things up very nicely. Well-thought, executed/written. I wish I had this to read during my first big shadowban on my first IG account that I gave up on to start this one fresh 🙏🏼 Creating art to connect with people’s minds and hearts - and hopefully OPEN minds is fun. It’s also a lot. It’s being entrenched in the world’s latest sorrows, pains, uproarings, etc - to be able to effectively “report” the news or the sentiments in a creative and light-hearted way. When you’re being censored while trying to connect with others, that IS isolating. It feels thankless and pointless. But creating this art is also an OUTLET for me to process darkness or enthusiasm or all the emotions in my own sarcastic AF manner that I typically use to deal with just about any situation. So yeah, everything said.

Thanks for the encouragement. We on the right have strong beliefs, and so we tend to argue with each other about what's true. For some rightists, giving someone else a like or thumbs up is like pulling teeth.

But if we are to defeat the leftists and take back our freedoms, we are going to have to coordinate our efforts, cooperated, and love each other (even if that's gay).
