FYI....."Mother" has already been replaced by "birthing person" (or chest feeder). Men are being erased by toxic femininity and women are being erased by trans rights activists. Queer theory is alive and well.

I'm not from or in the US, but I read an article some months ago about a snow at-home learning day in Boston where parents found out their little kids were learning about Black History Month through a colouring book which had no mention of greats like MLK or Rosa Parks. Some parents from late 60’s China and the former USSR recognised the Marxist language in these children’s books! But they also found out that Trans theory and Queer theory is included in BLM. I wonder how many people know that.

In Florida that was one of the reasons the governor banned an AP Black history course. It dove into queer theory. We have allowed these progressive marxist into every corner of our country and they are taking over slowly but surely. We the people have lost the Spirt of '76 and in an effort to get along we go along with every wacky idea out there. Now we are trying to fight back but in some areas it maybe too little too late.

Maybe I've said this before or some similar words, but with people like you around courageously speaking up, it's not too late - I believe.

It's ALL under the term Intersectionality. It"s a thing for the far left/uber Progressive/Activist crowd. They are loud and they are bullies about it. The good news is that more people are being affected by it (even Centrists) and they are starting to call it out.

The Progressives and their people are everywhere. I wouldn't be surprised if there are some in the GOP.

Additionally, our "society" seems to be conveniently putting blinders on to the fact that children with active and acknowledged fathers have significant statistical advantages toward becoming happy, self supporting adults. Sometimes single-mom parenting can't be helped, of course. But the normalization, and even celebration, of minimizing fathers to lessen the stigma attached to such situations is having a terrible side effect on the helpless children who are raised that way. Of course, saying so will get a label of "alt-right, religious fanatic" pinned on you, but we need to stop worrying about what people think and start focusing on right and wrong.

Good piece, Cecil. ZL

Everything done is so we don't offend anyone. What ends up being offended is truth, and common sense. And if you disagree, the name calling starts because that's the smart way to discuss the issues...not.

Confucianism (the ancient Chinese philosophy) is now embraced in China, and it has a huge focus not only on the nuclear family but also the extended family. The Indian culture also has similar notions. Let alone remain competitive, the west may struggle to harmonise with other nations if it goes down this negative route of destroying families and thereby destroying communities and eventually societies.

Some women don't even know who the father is. And some would much rather have their own mothers with them than a man who may not even want to marry her, or stick around after she got pregnant.
