These individuals believe they can legislate away evil while perpetuating it themselves. They're living in a fantasy world where, if people listened to them, just around the corner is the utopia they've promised. Just don't take off the rose colored glasses. Ever.

Anybody see a problem here? The presumption in this statement is that blacks are only victims, not perpetrators. That's why programs instituted by people such as this are the PROBLEM, not the solution.
DEI is an industry and like an industry it needs new customers to thrive. For anti-capitalists, they always follow the capitalists path. They use technology that others built, often pasty white men while simultaneously saying they despise them. That is what an abuser does. And they get parking spaces, pensions and comfortable offices to do this. I call them colonizers, colonizing the true past suffering of those long dead to and bring it to the present day to monetize it. The true irony is that their framework comes from dead old white European men (Marx German, Foucault -French, Marcuse German, etc. - the same color they say they despise.
“These firms allow anti-bullying specialists to embellish situations that appear more similar to conflict.” How will we raise the next generation of healthy children to healthy adulthood - when every word and action is critiqued as a potential misdeed? Children naturally learn to resolve conflict at their own level. And all children are individuals with varied home life experiences and parental discipline standards in the home. How will children ever learn to be responsible adults & able to handle life’s many curve balls - if they are not taught to advocate for themselves? Learning to handle small hurts, challenges and friendship problems are all part of growing up healthy. No child should be bullied - but neither should they be indoctrinated to tattle on every small perceived slight on the playground. Schools & government cannot legislate kindness. That should be taught at home by example. Teach the ‘Golden Rule’ in school again. It’s all in there. And bring back gratitude and patriotism too while you’re at it. I’m saying - Please Do This - lest I forget my good manners.
